I'm dancing for my rights: My education!


Since more one week ago, the students have been carried out students protests in all of Chile. These protests are organized in the internet and call a millions of student to fight for their rights.

“Along Chile, there are too many protest with banners, shouting and sometimes the people come to blows but, when do the people dance for their rights?” the students declared

The University of Chile's students and another more met to take part in the "Thriller of the education", where the most popular Michael Jackson's song did dancing and fight for their rights. This situation marked the mobilizations like something "new or innovative"

"Thriller simbolizes that the education is dying" declared the organizers on Facebook. "We are like zombies in the education and the society. They don't allow us fulfill our dreams nor fight for a quality education"
The meeting was on June 24th, 2011 at 17 o'clock in the "Plaza de la Ciudadanía", opposite the palace "La moneda". The initiative exceeded 2000 participant and a number similar to people went to the street and danced like a zombie. This marked one special moment in the Chile's mobilizations.
